The development for rotary type total heat exchanger at Seibu Giken started in 1970. Since that time, receiving the special subsidy for technological developments from MITI(Ministry of Int'l Trade & Industry) 6 times in total, we have succeeded in realizing several important improvements such as selection of the most suitable material, increasing efficiency, polishing rotor surface, increasing rotor's physical strength and prevention of rotor deflection.
